Meet Julia DeHaven, Owner of Knead4Dough

It seemed like a lifetime ago when Julia was featured as part of the #818bossbabes series in March for Women’s History Month. In today’s Meet The (818) interview, Julia chats about her love for baking and shares the secret and the inspiration behind her instantaneous success. She shares some growing pains as well as some of her best moments as a baker.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, she gets to talk about her recent experience as a contestant on Hulu’s Baker’s Dozen, a baking competition pitting home bakers against professional bakers. Hosted by Tamera Mowry-Housley and Bill Yosses, the series aired on October 7th. If you haven’t gotten a chance, tune in on Hulu and watch Julia! With all her successes, Julia is truly grateful for the community that supported her and her business. What started as a need to replace her countertops has become something more. Tune in as this mom of 3, wife, baker, and 818 local continues to make Jefa moves and inspires those around her.
